This past Friday I was fortunate enough to be invited to speak on a panel at the YSS Spring Conference called iCan: Using iPads in Library Programs. Despite being in a hot and very small room, the workshop was a great success! Each panelist had such phenomenally important information to present that i found myself wishing i could take notes as well. From how to set up and what to use, to the latest in augmented reality, this was a workshop chock full of information.
Using technology in our programs is something that is happening and happening successfully. Thanks to the many librarians and teacher who share their success and their creativity we are all getting better and better at making the library a modern and enlightening experience for all.
Click on the presentation for my slide show and watch the video of my portion below (apologies for the quality/visibility). Thanks and feel free to contact me for more information! :-) Happy iPads people!
