What better way is there to start a morning, than with a room full of bright and smiley tots (and thankful grown ups) who are thrilled to be with you? I say, "Nothing!" It is 30 minutes of fun, even on the dreariest of days.
Toddler stortime is unique in that it must appeal to the caregiver in the room as well. The 30-40 minute program consists of lots of songs and finger plays (I take requests!), a selection of interactive (just call it out!) books, a flannelboard, dancing, singing and a fun craft. Integrating iPads into storytime has been very successful as well.
